The 2008 Hoops for Hope charity program featured for the first time a tournament for kids. Seven area teams participated in the tournament presented by Hoops for Hope with special guest former Harlem Globetrotter Mike Wilson. Participants received T-shirts and were invited to be a part of Hill Day, a Capitol Hill learning experience.
